Millennium Squad Construction and Estates Company (M-SQUAD) is a limited liability company founded in the year 2003 by Nii Adzor an astute architectural engineer and chief of Ashaiman in the Tema metropolis. Our office is located on the main Police junction road, zone 2 Ashaiman- Lebanon, a suburb of the harbour city, Tema.

M-Squad provides services, such as, building & construction of commercial and individuals estate houses, buying and selling of lands, project renovation, surveying, layout scheming, site management, land titles documentation among others. Currently, M-Squad has in stock completed 2-bedrooms, 3-bedrooms, and 4-bedroom houses in a very serene neighbourhood about 10 minutes drive from Tema motorway roundabout for sale. It also has about 2,000 acres of registered and litigation free lands for sale and development at Ashaiman Jericho, Shai Hills and TOR Estate at Afienya.

M-Squad has embarked on many housing projects and the notable among them is the on-going brick community at Santeo near Katamanso, the Ashaiman dam site multi-purpose project and the M-Squad-Dualugui Ghana Village projects

M-Squad has successfully provided several services to many of its clients in the various part of the country and the key among them include University of Ghana (FUSAG Welfare Project) at valley view and East Legon, Ghana Police Service (Tema South Metro). Ashaiman Municipal Assembly (AshMA), individuals, corporate bodies and traditional rulers
