How long will it take to design and build my home/building?

The average single-family home takes just under 10 months to build. Custom homes typically take longer. And when it comes to commercial construction, time from permit to project completion varies widely depending on project scope and size. There are factors that could cause delays in building project execution which may include weather, materials availability, etc. We take all these situations in consideration and build a buffer into our timetable.

How much time will I need to devote to the project myself, and how will you keep me apprised of project progress?

Some clients want to be deeply involved in the design and construction of their new home or office structure, and others prefer to give guidance and see what recommendations the contractor makes. Our client’s desired level of involvement largely depends on his or her expectations for making approvals of designs, materials, and change orders. As partners we have system in place which allows us to provide feedback on projects. We talk on phone at least once a week, arrangements is in place for clients to visit the project site regularly to apprise of project progress.

What is your track record for completing projects on time and within budget?

This question can honestly be answered by our clients. We understand that delay in project is not only a cost to the property owner but also affects the company’s profitability. Our clients can attest to the fact that one of our key strength is our ability to meet project timelines within budgets.

Do you have experience building a home or office like the one I am proposing?

We have a lot of completed projects and uncompleted projects to our credit. These projects include homes, office complex and shopping complex spread across the length and breadth of the country. Pictures of some of these properties have been displayed on our website.

What is your fee structure, and when do I make payments?

We ensure our clients clearly understand the contract’s payment terms before signing. We advise our clients to allow room in their construction budget for changes or upgrades along the way. This is to help avoid frustrations later in the process that could result from a client wanting a change but he or she couldn’t really afford.
